I was thinking of saving up and buying a baby African Grey but first I wanna get everything before actually getting the parrot itself and wanna learn about it! but first things first what is the best type of cage for them size wise? Bigger the better? or?

Is it ok to use very diluted savlon liquid to clean my parrots cage is? I think this will be safe?
